As one of the top 50 accredited Tea Specialists in the world, May King has combined her tea knowledge with our chef’s desserts and will be introducing the following:
Cheesecake bomb paired with Jasmine Monkey King
The sweet white chocolate and fruit notes of this dessert commands an equally delicate and floral tea for the perfect pairing for which we have chosen Jasmine Monkey King.
Sticky date pudding paired with High Mountain Oolong
Our High Mountain Oolong imported from Nantou, Taiwan has a sweet and light aroma yet robust enough to stand up to the sweetness of Sticky Date Pudding.
Spanish indulgence paired with Chai Masala
An equally spicy and exotic tea which will go well with the cinnamon notes of this Spanish indulgence would be the Chai Masala from India.
These teas have been perfectly matched to each food sample to ensure an explosion of flavour with each mouthful! So why not come on an adventure with great flavours of food & tea samples?

In the meantime, I thought I would let you know that I had dinner 16th on Park about a month ago and it was delicious. I had the Barramundi which was very tasty and my girlfriends had the Chicken Breast – they said it was delicious too. We shared a sticky date pudding for dessert and it was simply divine!! Probably one of the best sticky date puddings that we have had – and believe me, we have had a lot!! The service was really nice and friendly and we were really happy with the prices. The wine list was good too.

When I need a coffee I need a really good one and this is what I get at 16th on Park.
Lucy & Emmanuel roast their own beans so they’re always fresh – I can smell the aroma when I walk in. The delicious cakes and desserts are to die for – the perfect morning cuppa.
